Each of our products is prepared for you on demand. This is to ensure we can continue to make the most unique products possible for every dog and cat lover like you.

When you order, we print, package, and ship your custom order usually in 1-3 business days.

This means you get your gear within 3-7 business days on average (Domestic U.S.).

RETURNS

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us at INFO@PAWR.US and we’ll make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

All items are made to order, so changes can only be made:

  • Within 12 hours of purchase

  • Before the order enters processing

Note: Mugs and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You may receive:

  • Store credit for the purchase amount, or

  • An exchange for another size or item

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must be free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A $6 restocking fee applies per item

Once your return reaches our facility (allow up to 10 days), we’ll issue the store credit or refund.

Important:
If you used a discount or received a free promotional item, keeping the free item may adjust your refund.
If returning a free item, it must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value.

For second exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Replacements

We will replace your item at no cost if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package is lost in transit

Please email photos of the issue to start your claim.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  • If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email

  • If you did not purchase insurance, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a replacement item

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We can resend it once you pay a shipping & handling fee, or

  • Refund the order minus original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, and a $5 restocking fee per item

If we do not receive the returned package, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a new item.

If the address was correct and it was returned in error, we’ll reship it free of charge.
If you want to change the address, reshipping fees apply.

Warranty & Time Limits

Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date your tracking shows “delivered.”
After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Orders placed using AfterPay may require additional processing time.
