**Returns**

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us promptly at INFO@PAWR.US, and we'll make it right by offering a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Before returning an order, please contact us for the return address and instructions.

**Order Cancellation & Modifications**

Our products are printed on demand for each customer, so we can only accept order cancellations or modifications within the first 12 hours of purchase or before the order enters processing. Mugs and Ornaments orders cannot be canceled or modified.

**Returns/Exchanges**

We gladly accept exchanges if you contact us at INFO@PAWR.US within 30 days of delivery. You can receive store credit for the purchase amount or process an exchange. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs won't be refunded, and a $6 restocking fee applies per item. We'll process the store credit or refund once we receive the package at our return facility, which may take up to 10 days.

Please note that if you used any discount or promotion codes and received free items with your order, keeping the free items while returning a paid item will affect the refund amount. If you return a free item, you must exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value.

To exchange an item that has already been returned/exchanged, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn/unwashed and free of any stains). Items that have been washed/worn or show signs of staining (e.g., makeup, deodorant stains) are not eligible for a refund.

**Replacements**

If an item is defective, damaged due to manufacturer error, or if we send you the wrong item, we'll send you a replacement. To initiate the replacement process, please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.

In the event that an order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement. We rely on the tracking number to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.

If your tracking number indicates that your order was delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we must rely on the tracking information. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, you'll have received instructions on how to file a claim from the third-party insurer. If you didn't purchase insurance, we can provide a 50% store credit toward a new item.

**Returned to Sender**

If you provide an incorrect address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we'll resend it to you, with a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, excluding original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance. There will also be a $5 per item restocking fee deducted from the refund.

In cases where we do not receive the package back, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a new item. If you provided the correct address, we'll reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you'll need to cover the shipping and handling fee.

**Order Cancellation**

**Clearance Items**

Items sold on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include their original packaging, and their condition is not guaranteed.

**Warranties**

Our standard refund and replacement policy extends for 60 days from the date your tracking number indicates your order was delivered. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, with potential variations depending on your financial institution. Refunds for orders using AfterPay may also require additional processing time.

**International Shipping**

Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. These responsibilities belong to the shopper, as each country has its own customs duties and tax regulations.
